Phase 1 is operating, Phase II is under construction, and Phase III is in final negotiations. Contract is third party financed, firm fixed price 23 year contract.
WSSC Western Branch
Identified, defined, and involved client in improvement project for biomass oxidation furnace improvements. Project will avoid burning $1.2 Million per year natural gas consumption; returns investment in 2 years. Technology
demonstration completed and final contract issued November 2006.
