U.S. General Services Administration
Facilitated owner/developer relationship that produced a three phase project to total 25 MW power, 10,000 tons cooling, and 40 MMBTU heat. Phase 1 is operating, Phase II is under construction, and Phase III is in final negotiations. Contract is third party financed, firm fixed price 23 year contract.

WSSC Western Branch
Identified, defined, and involved client in improvement project for biomass oxidation furnace improvements. Project will avoid burning $1.2 Million per year natural gas consumption; returns investment in 2 years. Technology
demonstration completed and final contract issued November 2006.

Feasibility Studies
Feasibility studies for agricultural waste to energy underway. Applications for heat only and/or combined heat and power.

 
   
  Mid Atlantic Distributed Energy Initiative
Participant in evolving initiative by the utility regulators in the PJM LLC region to increase use of distributed resources including combined heat and power.

Mid Atlantic CHP Advisory Council

Member of Advisory Board of the Mid Atlantic Combined Heat and Power Application Center. US DoE sponsored center advocates applications of combined heat and power using both conventional fuel sources and renewable fuel sources.

PJM Small Generator Interconnection Working Group

Member of working group that drafted interconnection standards for less than 2 MW, and 2-20 MW interconnections within the PJM area of operation.
